The sister of a veteran, Mayra has seen first-hand the difficulties that many have when their service is done. She believes her tireless work with The Vet Hunters Project is merely paying forward the service that has been provided to all of us.

The daughter of Vet Hunter Mayra, Ivana has been raised to honor the service of the men and women in uniform. She is proud to call herself the niece of a veteran and is often found right by her mother’s side, helping those who have done so much for us.

A former United States Marine, Jose is dedicated to upholding the Corps’ tradition of never leaving a fallen comrade behind, whether it’s on the battlefield or on the streets of our own country.

Homeless himself, becoming involved with the Vet Hunters has given Johnny new purpose. He has made it his mission to help get veterans off the streets, even as he continues to find his own way back.

Steve Kreider

Director of Military Affairs

Iraq veteran Steve Kreider continues to serve in the US Army with 25 years of active service. Having obtained the rank of 1sgt and his leadership skills, keep V.H.P. at the forefront in ending veteran homelessness. 1sgt Steve Kreider is the founder of welcome home Vietnam Veterans day in the state of Connecticut. He is a first line responder with all branches of service by educating senior leadership on the solutions to prevention and housing resources.

Alfred Lugo

Historian

Vet Hunter and Air Force Vietnam Veteran Alfred Lugo is a documentary producer and play right of Hispanic veterans documentaries. Mr. Lugo is a humanitarian who continues to bring awareness on veteran issues. As an Air Force Sgt. Lugo crewed fighters that did over 80% of the bombing of Hanoi. Lugo is also the founder of Los Angeles monument “El Escuadron 201 Aztec Eagles.” monument has been unveiled in 2013.

Dave Adams

Director of Entertainment

Dave Adams is an accomplished singer, song writer and guitarist who continues to perform for Troops before and after mobilizations. Dave Adams song “Coming Home,” was written in honor of our Troops and has been across the nation. His music has helped raise money to end and prevent Veteran homelessness.
